Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit www.archiecons.com, write to us through the contact form or use the AI assistant on this site, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Argirios Argiros, trading as ArchieCons, L. Grammou, Ioannina, Greece.

2. Contact form and emails
What: the name, email address, business/industry and message you enter, and any emails you send us.
Why and legal basis: to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, arrange the free meeting (steps before a possible contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the form to our mailbox and may process it outside the European Economic Area; Cloudflare, Inc., which routes emails to our domain; and Google (Gmail), where our mailbox is hosted.
How long: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (then for as long as the contract and tax law require).
3. The AI assistant (chat)
The chat assistant on this site is an AI system, not a person. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. For anything important, please contact us directly. The assistant does not make any decisions about you.
What: the messages you type in the chat and the language of the page. Please do not enter sensitive personal data (health, ID or bank details, passwords). Before your text is processed, our server automatically removes email addresses, phone numbers and card or IBAN numbers.
How it works: your messages are sent to our server function at archiecons.com and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc.) to generate the reply, using an open-source language model run by Cloudflare.
What we keep: nothing. We do not store or log chat conversations. The conversation exists only in your browser tab and disappears when you close or reload the page. According to Cloudflare, content sent to Workers AI is not used to train AI models.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering visitors' questions quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Using the chat is optional; you can always use the contact form, email or phone instead.
4. Hosting and security data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
5. Cookies, tracking and fonts
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your language choice (EN/ΕΛ) is saved only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact third-party font services.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Cloudflare's data processing terms also include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. FormSubmit may also process data outside the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@archiecons.com; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), or the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Η πολιτική αυτή εξηγεί ποια προσωπικά δεδομένα επεξεργαζόμαστε όταν επισκέπτεστε το www.archiecons.com, όταν μας γράφετε μέσω της φόρμας επικοινωνίας ή όταν χρησιμοποιείτε τον ψηφιακό βοηθό του site, καθώς και ποια δικαιώματα έχετε σύμφωνα με τον Γενικό Κανονισμό Προστασίας Δεδομένων (ΓΚΠΔ/GDPR).

2. Φόρμα επικοινωνίας και e-mail
Τι: το ονοματεπώνυμο, το e-mail, την επιχείρηση/κλάδο και το μήνυμα που συμπληρώνετε, καθώς και τα e-mail που μας στέλνετε.
Γιατί και νομική βάση: για να απαντήσουμε στο αίτημά σας και, αν το θέλετε, να κανονίσουμε τη δωρεάν συνάντηση (ενέργειες πριν από ενδεχόμενη σύμβαση, άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στ. β΄ ΓΚΠΔ, και έννομο συμφέρον μας να απαντάμε σε αιτήματα, άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στ. στ΄).
Ποιοι τα επεξεργάζονται για λογαριασμό μας: η FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), που προωθεί τη φόρμα στο e-mail μας και μπορεί να τα επεξεργάζεται εκτός Ευρωπαϊκού Οικονομικού Χώρου· η Cloudflare, Inc., που δρομολογεί τα e-mail του domain μας· και η Google (Gmail), όπου φιλοξενείται το γραμματοκιβώτιό μας.
Για πόσο: έως 24 μήνες μετά την τελευταία μας επικοινωνία, εκτός αν γίνετε πελάτης (τότε για όσο απαιτεί η σύμβαση και η φορολογική νομοθεσία).
3. Ο ψηφιακός βοηθός (chat)
Ο βοηθός συνομιλίας του site είναι σύστημα τεχνητής νοημοσύνης, όχι άνθρωπος. Οι απαντήσεις του δημιουργούνται αυτόματα και μπορεί να περιέχουν λάθη. Για ό,τι είναι σημαντικό, επικοινωνήστε απευθείας μαζί μας. Ο βοηθός δεν λαμβάνει καμία απόφαση που σας αφορά.
Τι: τα μηνύματα που γράφετε στο chat και τη γλώσσα της σελίδας. Παρακαλούμε μην εισάγετε ευαίσθητα προσωπικά δεδομένα (υγείας, ταυτότητας, τραπεζικά στοιχεία, κωδικούς). Πριν από την επεξεργασία, ο server μας αφαιρεί αυτόματα διευθύνσεις e-mail, αριθμούς τηλεφώνου και αριθμούς καρτών ή IBAN.
Πώς λειτουργεί: τα μηνύματά σας στέλνονται στη λειτουργία του server μας στο archiecons.com και επεξεργάζονται από το Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc.) για να δημιουργηθεί η απάντηση, με ένα γλωσσικό μοντέλο ανοιχτού κώδικα που εκτελεί η Cloudflare.
Τι κρατάμε: τίποτα. Δεν αποθηκεύουμε ούτε καταγράφουμε τις συνομιλίες. Η συνομιλία υπάρχει μόνο στην καρτέλα του browser σας και χάνεται όταν την κλείσετε ή ανανεώσετε τη σελίδα. Σύμφωνα με την Cloudflare, το περιεχόμενο που αποστέλλεται στο Workers AI δεν χρησιμοποιείται για την εκπαίδευση μοντέλων AI.
Νομική βάση: το έννομο συμφέρον μας να απαντάμε γρήγορα στις ερωτήσεις των επισκεπτών (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στ. στ΄ ΓΚΠΔ). Η χρήση του chat είναι προαιρετική· μπορείτε πάντα να χρησιμοποιήσετε τη φόρμα, το e-mail ή το τηλέφωνο.
4. Φιλοξενία και δεδομένα ασφαλείας
Το site φιλοξενείται στο Cloudflare Pages. Κατά την επίσκεψή σας, η Cloudflare επεξεργάζεται τεχνικά δεδομένα, όπως τη διεύθυνση IP, τον τύπο του browser και τις σελίδες που ζητάτε, για να εμφανίσει το site και να το προστατεύσει από επιθέσεις (έννομο συμφέρον, άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στ. στ΄). Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε αυτά τα δεδομένα για να σας ταυτοποιήσουμε ή να δημιουργήσουμε προφίλ.
5. Cookies, παρακολούθηση και γραμματοσειρές
Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε cookies, εργαλεία στατιστικών, διαφήμισης ή παρακολούθησης. Η επιλογή γλώσσας (EN/ΕΛ) αποθηκεύεται μόνο στον δικό σας browser (local storage) και δεν μας αποστέλλεται ποτέ. Οι γραμματοσειρές φορτώνονται από τον δικό μας server, οπότε ο browser σας δεν επικοινωνεί με τρίτες υπηρεσίες γραμματοσειρών.
6. Διαβιβάσεις εκτός ΕΕ
Η Cloudflare και η Google μπορεί να επεξεργάζονται δεδομένα στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες. Και οι δύο συμμετέχουν στο Πλαίσιο Προστασίας Δεδομένων ΕΕ-ΗΠΑ (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), ενώ οι όροι επεξεργασίας της Cloudflare περιλαμβάνουν και τις Τυποποιημένες Συμβατικές Ρήτρες της ΕΕ. Η FormSubmit μπορεί επίσης να επεξεργάζεται δεδομένα εκτός ΕΟΧ.
7. Τα δικαιώματά σας
Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα σας, διόρθωση, διαγραφή, περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας, φορητότητα, και να αντιταχθείτε σε επεξεργασία που βασίζεται σε έννομο συμφέρον. Γράψτε μας στο info@archiecons.com· απαντάμε εντός ενός μήνα.
Έχετε επίσης δικαίωμα να υποβάλετε καταγγελία στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (www.dpa.gr) ή στην αρχή της χώρας της ΕΕ όπου ζείτε ή εργάζεστε.
8. Αλλαγές
Μπορεί να ενημερώνουμε την πολιτική όταν αλλάζει το site ή οι υπηρεσίες μας. Η ημερομηνία στην κορυφή δείχνει την τελευταία έκδοση.
